How do I initiate a return or exchange?
All orders in new and unworn condition can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery, and for a store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

In-person returns & exchanges
You can drop off your return at no cost via a physical Happy Returns location near you. To find a return location near you, visit our returns portal.
The physical drop-off location will result in a refund or exchange being initiated immediately. Exchanges will be shipped via FedEx SmartPost and will arrive within 5-7 business days from reshipment. If returned pairs are found to be damaged or show signs of wear and are thus unsellable, you may choose to either have the shoes returned to you or incur a 30% restocking fee.
UPS returns & exchanges
If preferred, you can mail in your return using a prepaid UPS label for a $12.95 fee.
International returns &exchanges
For Canadian orders, we offer free exchanges and returns for store credit. For all returns sent back for a refund, a $20 fee will be deducted from the refund total to cover the cost of the return shipping. For all orders shipped outside of the US and Canada, we do ask that you cover the cost of the return, and we will issue a refund for the returned items once they reach our warehouse. Final sale items
Certain items, like socks and hosiery are final sale and not eligible for a return or exchange.
All products purchased during our Archive Sale and in-person Sample Sale are final sale. Custom orders, including bridal shoes ordered through our Atelier, are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
