How do I initiate a return or exchange?

All orders in new and unworn condition can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery, and for a store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Returns via Re:do

Before placing your order, you will have the option to pay a $3.98 return protection fee to qualify for free returns and exchanges on your order.

If you do not purchase return protection through Re:do, you can still use our return portal below to purchase a return shipping label at-cost. There will be no return shipping fee for exchanges or returns for store credit.You can drop off your return at a shipping location near you, using a printed label or the QR code provided by the portal. Your refund or exchange will process upon delivery of your return to our warehouse. Exchanges will arrive within 5-10 business days from reshipment.If returned pairs are found to be damaged or show signs of wear and are thus unsellable, you may choose to either have the shoes returned to you or incur a 30% restocking fee.

International returns & exchanges

For Canadian orders, we offer free exchanges and returns for store credit. If you would prefer to return for a refund back to your original payment method, you will incur a $20 restocking fee.

Final sale items

Certain items, like socks and hosiery are final sale and not eligible for a return or exchange.

All products purchased during our Archive Sale and in-person Sample Sale are final sale. Custom orders, including bridal shoes ordered through our Atelier, are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
