What is your return and exchange policy?
All orders in new and unworn condition and not marked as final sale can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery and for a store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. For holiday orders (placed in November and December) the exchange and store credit window will be extended to 45 days.
To start a return, please visit our returns portal. Options exist to drop off your return at no cost to you at a physical Happy Returns location (see locations via the above link) or to print a UPS return label with a $12.95 return restocking fee. The physical drop-off location will result in a refund or exchange being initiated immediately; all returns or exchanges sent in with a UPS label will begin processing once your shipment is delivered back to us. Exchanges will be shipped via FedEx and will arrive within 5-7 business days from reshipment.
For Canadian orders, we offer free exchanges and returns for store credit via Happy Returns, as well. For all orders shipped outside of the US and Canada, we do ask that you cover the cost of the return, and we will issue a refund for the returned items once they reach our warehouse. Any styles listed as final sale at time of purchase are ineligible for a refund. However, we can set up a return for store credit upon request. Feel free to reach out to our team at firstname.lastname@example.org to get started.
How do I tell my size and width?
We’re making it easier than ever to find your size and have standardized our EU-to-US size conversion chart across our entire collection, meaning you should take the same size in any of our silhouettes. We recommend ordering based on your usual US size.
If our team has any alternate recommendation based on that particular style’s fit, we list our fit suggestion above the size options on the product detail page.
In terms of width, Medium is considered standard and is a great starting point if you’re unsure of which width you prefer. Narrow will be more narrow throughout the entirety of the shoes, so we recommend that if you generally find your shoes gap or rub in standard widths. Wide is made on a combination last, so the toe box is made wider, while the heel maintains a Medium width. It’s a great option if you prefer a roomier fit, need a bit wiggle room around your metatarsal, or if you have a bunion!
How quickly will my order ship?
Our team is working hard to send out all in-stock orders within 48 business hours of the order being placed. If your order is out of stock, please refer to the estimated ship date listed on your confirmation email and the product detail page.
If you need to receive an order quicker than our standard shipping rate (7-10 business days), we recommend selecting an express shipping option at checkout. We offer 3-day, 2-day, and overnight options. Please note that these refer to business days, so the package will not travel over the weekend.
