Refund Policy

Orders in new and unworn condition can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery, and for a store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, please visit our returns portal.

Certain items, like socks and hosiery are final sale and not eligible for a return or exchange.

All products purchased during our Archive Sale and in-person Sample Sale are final sale.

Custom orders, including bridal shoes ordered through our Atelier, are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

As of November 12, 2025, international orders (outside the U.S. and Canada) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
