"I got the phoebe denim in my usual size in wide and they are a perfect fit. The shoes are comfortable out of the box because of the material and supportive insoles. They are the cutest pair, goes so well with jeans, shorts or dress. I just love wearing them. The staff at Margaux SF helped me get the right pair. They are professional and really helpful. The store is also kitty corner from a parking lot, very convenient to drive to."

"Most comfortable ballet style shoes I have ever tried. They simply feel like I’m wearing a slipper. They all come with a width option which is great, no more cramped up toes. But, I wear 9 and I had to go all the way to 40. 5 to get there. The extra length doesn’t bother me because of the style. The suede feels different than a leather. If you have a chance, try them at the store."
"I just bought The Phoebe in black leather to replace a pair of ballet flats I bought in Paris that were just not comfortable. The Phoebe's were comfortable right out of the box. The leather is stunning. . . it is such excellent quality, and the shoes are chic without being trendy (as all Margaux shoes are. ) This is my fourth pair, and I will wear them all for years!) The quality, style, fit are all outstanding, and a good value for the price. (Some reviews said they were snug in the toes, but I did not find that at all. ) I have some designer shoes, and the quality, style, fit, and comfort of Margaux shoes always comes out on top. Can't recommend these shoes enough!"
"These shoes feel like butter. I scoured all the reviews and chose to go with a half size bigger because a few said the toe box was snug. It’s not really…However, Margaux said these were true to size. I should’ve listened. I wear a solid 7 1/2 and went with 38, which they calculate as size 8…it’s loose, but doable and since they were final sale…I will buy more but, will follow their guidelines! Great communication with customer service."
"Before ordering, I reached out to Margaux customer service to ask about sizing compared to the Marlowe loafer. Gracie recommended a 39W (I ordered the 38. 5 regular width in the Marlowe) which fits perfectly! Margaux’s leather is so high quality, comfortable, and gorgeous even as it wears in. The black crinkle gloss is so versatile and can be dressed up or down! I’m a Margaux customer for life!!"
