Shipping Information

Order Processing and Ship Times
How quickly your order ships depends on how it is fulfilled:

In-stock items: Ship from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days of your order being placed.

Preorder items: Ship on or around the date specified at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

Bridal Atelier Made-to-order items: Ship within 10 to 12 weeks 3 to 4 months from the date of purchase.
Please note that the cutoff time for all express orders is 2pm. If your express order is received after 2pm, it will ship the following business day.
Delivery Times
If your order ships via standard ground shipping within the US, you can expect it to arrive within 5 to 10 business days. If you choose an expedited option, your delivery timeframe is as follows:

FedEx 3-Day: 3 business days

FedEx 2-Day: 2 business days

FedEx Overnight: 1 business day
Delivery times above do not apply to PO Box addresses, which may take longer to arrive.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is complimentary on all domestic orders over $150100. Orders under $150100 are charged a flat $4.95 shipping fee.
Expedited shipping options for US orders:

Archive Sale Orders
Different rates apply to Archive Sale orders.
US Archive Sale orders:

Free shipping on orders over $150200

$9 flat-rate shipping on orders under $150200
International Archive Sale orders: standard international shipping rates apply.
Expedited Shipping
If you would like to receive your order sooner than 5 to 10 business days, you can pay a surcharge for express shipping with FedEx ($20 for 3-Day, $25 for 2-Day, and $40 for Overnight). Please note that deliveries to PO Box addresses cannot be shipped via express service.
PO Box Addresses
We can ship to PO Box addresses via standard ground service only. Most orders arrive in about 10 days, though some can take longer, up to 28 days. Expedited shipping is not available for PO Boxes. For faster service, we recommend shipping to a residential address.
Shipping Carriers
Most US orders ship via DHL, FedEx, or Veho, depending on your location and the fastest available service.

Standard ground shipments may travel with DHL or FedEx SmartPost, with final delivery sometimes completed by USPS. In select markets, orders may be delivered directly by Veho.

Expedited orders typically ship via FedEx.

International orders typically ship via DHL.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been fulfilled, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow your delivery. You can also enter your order number on our Track Your Order page for the latest updates. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking link to update within the carrier's system.
If You Don't Receive Your Order
If your order is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend the following:

Check with other members of your household or your neighbors.

Look around your property, as the parcel may have been left in a less obvious spot.
If your package does not turn up within 3 business days of being marked as delivered, please reach out to us at help@margauxny.com so we can assist.
Partial Orders
Some items, particularly those on preorder, may have a later expected ship date.
Each item in your order has its own expected ship date, so if your order includes preorder items, it may arrive in multiple shipments. You can find the expected ship date for each item in your order confirmation email.
If your order has shipped and you're missing a pair beyond its expected ship date,If you are missing a pair from your order, please contact us at help@margauxny.com, and we’d be happy to provide for a status update.
Combining Orders
We are not able to combine orders once they have been placed. However, if your two orders combined are over the free shipping threshold, you may be eligible for a refund of the shipping fee on one of them. Please reach out to help@margauxny.com for assistance.
Failed Delivery
If your order cannot be delivered and is returned to us, our team will reach out to confirm your preferred shipping address. We are happy to resend it once we have the right details.
Holiday Shipping Cutoffs
To receive your order by December 24, please place it by the following dates:

Overnight: Order by December 22

2-Day: Order by December 19

3-Day: Order by December 18

Ground: Order by December 12
We recommend placing your order as early as possible to ensure timely delivery during this busy season.
International Orders
We are pleasedexcited to ship our shoes around the world. Here is what you need to know before placing an order from outside the US.
Where We Ship
We typicallycurrently ship internationally via DHL, with both express and economy options available. All orders ship from our US warehouse.
We are unable to ship to the following locations:

Duties and Taxes
All international orders, including those shipped to Canada, are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means:

Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and collected upfront, so your package is not delayed at customs.

Rates vary by country and product.
International Returns
As of November 12, 2025, due to recent changes to US customs regulations, returning orders from outside the US and Canada has become increasingly costly and complex. To ensure a smoother experience, all international orders outside the US and Canada are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except as required by applicable law.
Canadian customers may still initiate returns through our returns portal, where return shipping costs and options will be provided.
EU Right of Withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
