Shipping:
For US orders, standard shipping is complimentary on orders over $100; a $4.95 shipping fee applies to orders under $100. Expedited FedEx 3Day, 2Day, and Overnight options are available at checkout.
For international orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout. All international shipments are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning duties and taxes are collected at checkout for smooth delivery.
In-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days. Expedited orders placed after 2pm ET will ship the following business day.
For preorders, payment is collected at checkout. Please refer to the “Expected to ship” date on the product page for estimated availability.

Returns & Exchanges:
For U.S. and Canadian orders, we accept returns on new, unworn items within 14 days of delivery, and exchanges or returns for store credit within 30 days.
Returned items must be free of wear, scuffing, creasing, debris, or damage and include all original packaging. All returns are inspected upon arrival and must meet these condition requirements to qualify for a refund.
Return shipping is complimentary for exchanges and store credit within the U.S.
Refunds on U.S. orders incur an $11 return shipping fee, unless Return Protection was added at checkout for $3.98.
For international orders (outside the U.S. and Canada), all purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

"I love that it’s a dressy shoe but with a low heel! The straps are comfortable, they don’t dig into your foot like so many sandals do. I bought the burgundy color and it’s beautiful and different. Just a heads up: they are very narrow! I have several pairs of the Margaux flat sandals so I ordered my regular size, 36 1/2 M and had to exchange it for the wide width, the wide width fit perfectly!"

"The Dylan Sandal is exactly what I was looking for! It is not only pretty and feminine but comfortable. I ordered a 7. 5 to ensure my heal didn’t hang off the back of the sandal, and I’m glad I did- length is perfect. Also, I have a VERY narrow foot and the width is comfortable- a little loose around the top of my foot, but not a deal breaker. Really pleased with my purchase."

"I was willing to invest in a good pair of shoes that would go with so much. These are cute and really do go well with many outfits. And I love that they’re pretty classic and will stay in style forever. However, after spending a few hours in them, they were killing my feet. Ouch, ouch, ouch! The footbed was nice, but the problem was the straps that rubbed against my feet. They just felt so rough. I wish they had a softer material on the underside. I’m really bummed that I spent so much on a pair of shoes that turned out to be so uncomfortable—not the investment I was hoping for. I’m surprised that there aren’t more complaints in the reviews, and I’m honestly hesitant to order more shoes from this company."
