Our nappa shoes are made from a soft, Italian nappa and flexible leather soles. Nappa leather is permeable, so avoid exposure to water and rain. To maintain the sheen and finish over time, you can use a quality leather lotion. 

Shipping:

For US orders, standard shipping is complimentary on orders over $100; a $4.95 shipping fee applies to orders under $100. Expedited FedEx 3Day, 2Day, and Overnight options are available at checkout.

For international orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout. All international shipments are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning duties and taxes are collected at checkout for smooth delivery.

In-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days. Expedited orders placed after 2pm ET will ship the following business day.

For preorders, payment is collected at checkout. Please refer to the “Expected to ship” date on the product page for estimated availability.

Returns & Exchanges:

For U.S. and Canadian orders, we accept returns on new, unworn items within 14 days of delivery, and exchanges or returns for store credit within 30 days.

Returned items must be free of wear, scuffing, creasing, debris, or damage and include all original packaging. All returns are inspected upon arrival and must meet these condition requirements to qualify for a refund.

Return shipping is complimentary for exchanges and store credit within the U.S.
Refunds on U.S. orders incur an $11 return shipping fee, unless Return Protection was added at checkout for $3.98.

For international orders (outside the U.S. and Canada), all purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

At the risk of sounding

"At the risk of sounding too practical, I bought the Phoebe to have a second pair of comfortable shoes for a trade show where I walk 10-15K steps a day. The natural python bone-and-black design was just a style bonus. Without time to break them in, I added a pack of moleskin to my bag just in case. I returned, 55K steps later, never having broken out the moleskin or my other old "comfortable" shoes! Phoebe outperformed in every way. The natural python requires care not to scuff on concrete or get stepped on by your business partner, but the style is worth the care!"

So Soft!

"The Phoebe is very comfortable right out of the box. I love the toe box, not too square, just enough. I wore these 10 hours straight for the first time with no issues or blisters. The leather is buttery soft. I will be adding a non-slip protector for the bottom of the shoe, but other than that, no complaints! I'm not a huge fan of ballet shoes with bows or straps across the foot, but this one was sophisticated enough that it doesn't detract and the strap is covered by wide leg pants if I don't want it showing. This is my first pair of Margaux and won't be my last!"

Exceeded expectations

"I’d been eyeing these shoes for a while bc the price is pretty steep however decided to try them and I’m so glad I did. They’re really an investment shoe. The leather is BUTTERY and they fit so comfortably right out of the box. No break in time needed. I wore them to the office without socks and my feet were comfortable all day — I did a fair amount of walking, too. At one point my feet were hot and sweaty but even then, the shoes didn’t rub or hurt in anyway. Also I got tons of compliments when I wore them, they’re statement shoes. Can’t wait to buy more Margaux in the future."

"I love Margaux shoes. Sadly for me, most styles don't fit. A "narrow" sandal I bought on-line had to be taken in by my local cobbler. Several pairs, again purchased on-line were returned due to fit. Finally I stopped by the Margaux store in San Francisco to find "my size" & I came away with the Phoebe. If it were not for the strap, I'm not sure I would have purchased them. They are extremely soft, a good thing, no? But, for someone with a narrow foot, a bit more structure is important. My typical size: 7 1/2 was too short. I got a size 8N and it's a tad long. I think (hope) I'll get use to it. Width-wise, the N seems to me no more narrow than a regular width in other brands. They're so soft and will surely be the most comfortable shoes I own. I pray the strap doesn't stretch out too quickly though. These are ALL my foot issues. Margaux shoes are lovely, stylish with gorgeous leather, great colors. . . . . . . . perhaps not for my feet though and too bad for me."

Cute but fit didn't work

"these are adorable, but fit just didn't work for me. I ordered my larger size in wide since im typically between 8-8. 5 (i ordered 38. 5). I read lots of reviews and landed on that size. I thought they were perfect until I wore them and realized they were still a smidge too short. I suppose a 39 wide would have worked better, but Im never a 9, soo I suppose my bad. Defiitely suggested the wider width if you don't have a specifically narrow foot."
