"I recently pitched a pair of the The Demi flats in leopard suede. They definitely run true to size and fit me perfectly. I prefer a somewhat rounded toe to a more pointed toe because they are simply more comfortable on my feet. I have not yet worn them as o tend to feel they are more fur fall/winter, but I do look forward to wearing them in cooler weather."
"I somehow accidentally ordered a wide in my size and when it came I was super worried it would t fit. It was definitely too wide. But then I noticed it has the ability to pull the little bow tighter and it makes the shoe a bit smaller. It was perfect! It’s lightweight and adorable, and yet doesn’t feel like it is going to come apart. It’s great quality for such a simple, open weave shoe. Perfect for summer in Texas."

They feel a little tight along the width though - and I don't usually buy or wear wide size shoes but this just feels a lot tighter than I'm used to. Maybe I need to wear them in. I wish they fit great outside of the box because of the price tag but they are still nice."

When you live in NYC you find out pretty quickly when a shoe doesn't have the right support. I can honestly say these have been the most most comfortable pair of flats that I've bought, full stop. The leather feels delicious, and the insoles feel really comfortable, while also not being bulky. A beautiful, classic and elegant style. "These shoes don't stay on my feet. I've tried pulling the drawstring tighter. . . but they construction makes it so every step the heel comes off, which is disappointing. They look good in a picture but they're not practical if you actually want to wear them in real life."

"Arrived damaged—I was so excited to receive these shoes & planned to wear them on my trip to La Jolla over July 4. As soon as they arrived I opened the box & tried them on. The right shoe fit perfectly—like a glove. However, when I put on the left shoe, I immediately felt a sharp, pointed object pressing into my heel through the sole. I initially thought I could somehow push it down or work around the discomfort, but every step felt like I was stepping on a nail. It made the shoe completely unwearable. I am very disappointed, especially since this brand has such a great reputation for quality and comfort. Unfortunately, I received a completely defective left shoe, so I haven’t and will not be able to wear this otherwise adorable pair of shoes. I want to exchange them for a new pair that is free of defects because I truly love the style & would still like the opportunity to wear them. Hoping that customer service will make this right & send the replacement pair to arrive before July 4."
